I specialize in preparing homes for the market as well as styling for listing photographs. My goal is to make large life transitions as easy as possible for busy people while ensuring their homes sell for top dollar.
Different Than Your Average Stager
I help declutter homes for showings and photographs, while also offering light staging and redesign using items already in the home or borrowed. I’ll box up anything that needs to be removed and depersonalize the entire house, making it easier for buyers to envision themselves living there. Each room is optimized by clearing clutter, removing bulky furniture, or rearranging pieces to create a more open and inviting space.
Payment
The best part? Your client doesn't pay until closing day! The total will depend on the size of the home, amount of clutter, and the overall scope of the project, but my services cost less than a traditional stager.
Presence on Listing Photo Day
The package includes my presence on listing photo day. I make sure each room is perfectly set before the photographer arrives, and I stay throughout the shoot to ensure everything stays in place and nothing unwanted appears in the photos.
Bring Me Along to Your Listing Presentations
For a small fee, and for homes in the local area, I can attend your listing appointment to provide expert tips on how to prepare the house. Whether they decide to use my full services or if you gift them, they'll at least have a clear idea of the basics. This allows you to avoid the awkwardness of asking them to take down personal items, so you can focus on your expertise in the market.
